Buddy married the love of his life on November 27th, 1953. He then began his career as a journeyman carpenter. From there he attended Superintendent school and was employed by Campbell Construction for approx. 45 years. He then retired with Intervest Construction after 10 years. Although he was officially retired he loved to work in his shop at home, helping others to build different shapes and sizes of bird houses. He loved going to deer camp with Donna and hunting and fishing. He just loved the outdoors and if you ever wanted fresh vegetables for the summer, he had just about anything that you had a craving for in his beautiful vegetable garden. You could drive up to his home and find him and his cousin Charlie Banes, more like his brother, and sit for hours and listen to their stories. A great joy in Buddy's life was being able to see his grandchildren grow to adults and then to walk out his front door and watch is great grandchildren laughing and playing in the yard. Buddy will be greatly missed by so many, especially his family.
Pallbearers for Buddy's service will be Eric May, Tim Boatner, Chris Vaughn, John Sweaney, Brad Banes, Chad Stocks and Honorary Pallbearers Charlie Banes and Kaleb Frazier.
