Anthony "Tony Washington" 2nd child born to the late Arlene Washington-Stewart and Roy Jacobs, Sr.
Tony attended Elementary School, Middle School, and High School in Port Gibson, Mississippi. Tony graduated from Port Gibson High School in the class of 1979. While in High School, he was an avid football player. After graduation in 1979, Tony entered the US Navy as an active member where he served until December of 1983 with an honorable discharge.
Anthony "Tony" Washington leaves to cherish his precious memories four (4) children to include a (special caregiver; a devoted and dedicated daughter Kilwarne Coleman of Hermanville, Mississippi); aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
On the wings of the Angels, Tony was chosen to join the close circle with his mother, Arlene Washington-Stewart, his father Roy Jacobs, Sr., his brother Terry Washington, and his grandmother Beatrice Green.
Gone, but memories will forever be in the hearts and minds of those who love him.
"I am at peace, my soul is at rest,
There is no need for tears
For with your love, I was so blessed
For all those many years."
Farewell: In laughter and in sorrow
In sunshine and through
The rain, for the forever
Tomorrows.
