Daniel Anthony Reynolds, affectionately known as Andy, passed away on February 4, 2024, in Flowood, Mississippi.  He was born to Sherry and Charles Reynolds on May 2, 1976, in Morgan City, Louisiana.

Andy was a graduate of Yazoo City High School, class of 1994. He studied at Delta State University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business in 1999. He received an MBA from Belhaven University in 2022.

Andy joined Atmos Energy on May 22, 2000, as a Marketing Rep/Technical Assistant in Clarksdale, MS.  He later became a Project Specialist before being promoted to Operations Supervisor in Greenwood, MS, in 2013.  He moved to his current Operations Supervisor position in the Jackson Construction Department on August 14, 2017.  Andy brought a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership to their team and will be deeply missed by everyone.

Andy was preceded in death by his father, Charles Reynolds, and his mother, Sherry (Burrell) Reynolds. He is survived by siblings Becky Reynolds, Chuck Reynolds (Francine), and Sammy Reynolds; maternal aunts, Linda Starnes (Paul) and Billie Jones; maternal uncle, Lonnie Burrell and paternal aunt, Dot Hood.

Andy loved spending time with his Bulldog Dak and enjoyed cooking.  At many Atmos community and staff events, Andy could be found behind the grill serving up his secret recipes. No one will forget him or his shrimp boils, ribs, burnt ends and brisket.

Visitation will be held at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home, 114 Burney Drive, Flowood, MS, on Wednesday, February 7, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A graveside memorial service will be held at Benton Baptist Church Cemetery, 933 Old Highway 16, Benton, MS  39039, at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 8, 2024. Pallbearers are Michael Jones, Stefan Lehnerer, Jason McDill, Monty McCaleb, Terry McDonald and Matt Newton.
