Andrew Ray, 36, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 5 to 7pm at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 1pm with a visitation beginning one hour prior to service.

Andrew always had a funny story to brighten your day. He loved fishing. He was a voracious reader, loving mysteries but willing to read anything available. He had a fierce loyalty to family, especially his grandparents. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Andrew was preceded in death by his father, Charles Alan Ray; paternal grandfather, Buddy Ray; and his maternal grandparents, Bill and Helen Allen.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Melanie Shuler Ray; his mother, Madelin Allen; brothers, Barney Alan Ray and Cody Ray; paternal grandmother, Troy Ray; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
