Obituary

Adele Love Ewing, 79, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

Adele was born on February 8, 1944, in Yazoo City, MS to Ed and Dell Love. She earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of MS. She taught school for thirty years in Rankin county and served as high school counselor at Northwest Rankin High school. Adele was beloved by her students, peers and community throughout her long career.

Preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her Husband of 57 years Bill Ewing, son Scott (Katie) Ewing, sister Christine Magee, grandchildren Jack, Eden Love and Elias Ewing, niece Susie Taylor and Nephew Ed Williams.

Visitation for Adele will be Friday, May 12, 2023 at St. Marks United Methodist Church from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

A Graveside service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Lakeland Place Garden Park Cemetery at 10:00am.
