Fenton, MI

As a former staff member of MS WMU, I remember the times when Harry and Frances came to Camp Garayway while I was camp director to serve as our camp missionaries. May the Lord continue to give comfort and love during these days.

Grieving with the Raley family today over the loss of dear Frances. Rejoicing that she is now in her eternal home. She was a precious, loving, spirited lady. I will forever be grateful for her friendship.

David, Beth, Bruce, and all your family, please know that out thoughts are with you
each during this time of your mother's Homegoing. She was a dear MS friend from
the time we arrived in Taiwan. We loved getting acquainted with both Frances and Harry, and knowing them over the years. We have loved and appreciated knowing
them and your family since 1974 when we arrived to meet a fellow Mississippian
and your family. With Beth and our Angela being friends, and David graduating
from TAS the first summer we were in Taiwan, we hold many memories of your family, from Calvary Baptist Church and the many years following, as we moved to Taichung to teach at Morrison, but maintained our friendship until we took retirement in 1990. We so enjoyed maintaining our friendship with you all over the years.
May the Lord be your constant Comforter in the loss of your mother. We will all cherish the memory over the years to come, of her sweet personality and love she gave to each in our family. Our love and prayers to each of you, Laquita and Wendell

We grieve with the family the loss of the presence of Frances, a loving and dear friend to our family for so many years.
Harry, Frances, and son Lynn lived with us briefly when they first arrived in Taiwan in the '50's. Frances and and my mother had a special bond and we loved seeing them laugh and talk together. When Dad was in his 90's, Frances and her woman's church group faithfully sent Dad prayer letters. I am so grateful to have spoken with Frances by phone a few months ago and to hear again her beautiful southern accent and laughter as we recalled family memories, life in Taiwan, and our Taiwan mission friends. The picture of her included with this obituary is precious and captures so well her spirit and personality. Our love goes out now to Lynn, Bruce, David and Beth and their families. We thank God for her life of dedication and service and for the friendship she extended to us and so many. Blest be the ties that binds.

I have so many special memories of my friend and neighbor from the back Grace compound in Taipei. She took me under her wing when we first arrived and got me involved in her many ministries to Chinese women and was always an encouragement. Beth was the only Raley child still at home when we were there and was a joy to know. Love to you and the entire family. Aunt Pat
